The terms Raramuri Consultancy Services LLP individually and collectively refer to the Company and the terms "Visitor” ”User” refer to the users.

Minimum Age Requirements

Our Services are not directed to children. You’re not allowed to access or use our Services if you’re under the age of 18 (or 16 in Europe). If you register as a user or otherwise use our Services, you represent that you’re at least 18 (or 16 in Europe). You may use our Services only if you can legally form a binding contract with us. In other words, if you’re under 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority where you live), you can only use our Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to the Agreement.

Misuse

A. The sellers may list and provide the details of the products/ services offered for sale to the buyers as a registered user of the Platform, however the sellers shall not be permitted to sell any product that falls under the list of banned items identified by the Company from time to time, or are otherwise prohibited for sale under applicable Law.

Limited Liability

  • A. The Company shall not be responsible for the sale of products listed by the users on the website and app created using its Platform.
  • B. Any products or services that are listed for sale using our platform by its sellers is the sole responsibility of the sellers. You must look solely to the seller for any damages that result from your purchase or use of the products or services listed
  • C. We may limit your access to our Services until we’re able to verify your account information, like your email address or phone number.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  • A. If the user decides to close their account and recover any unused account wallet money, they may do so by writing to us on support@zopping.com. We will refund the unused money after deducting any outstanding dues and taxes.
  • B. For electronic payments, refunds shall be made through payment facility using any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India (RBI).
  • C. Refunds may be supported for select banks. Where a bank is not supported for processing refunds, You will be required to share alternate bank account details with for processing the refund.
  • D. The bank will take 5-7 working days to refund the amount.
